Much of the FRG-ERG-SMRG research programme is conducted through PhD studentships, most of which are based in Leeds, though some are alternatively based at the institutions of Associate Members. Research studentships are supervised by combinations of Leeds-based staff and external co-workers. We typically start two studentships per year.
Although we do not currently have funded PhD studentships on offer, please feel free to get in touch at any time if you think that you have a research project idea that falls within the remit of the group that you would like to pursue.
We will be advertising funded PhD research projects here in the future.
