organizing the SEPM research conference titled “Parasequences Research
Conference: Are Siliciclastic Parasequences still relevant?” to be held in Green
River (Utah), 9th – 12th October 2023 (https://www.sepm.org/parasequencesrc).
This will be a small, focused meeting on the parasequence concept, and will
consist of a blend of fieldtrips (classic Panther Tongue, Ferron and Blackhawk
locations), meeting presentations and interactive discussion.
