As of 20th
March 2020, all research staff and students at the University of Leeds have switched
to home working as a measure to help combat the spread of coronavirus. The research
activities of FRG-ERG are unaffected by this; we remain fully active in terms
of our research programme. Our current research efforts are focussed on (i)
numerical modelling of fluvial and aeolian systems, (ii) ongoing development of
our FAKTS, SMAKS and DASA architectural databases, (iii) the write-up of research
results intended for publication, and (iv) the write-up of postgraduate research
theses. All of these activities are generating research results that are regularly
being added as updates and deliverables to the FRG-ERG web site. It is business
as usual for us.
