to announce that to Laura Bührig has commenced a PhD research degree at Leeds as
a member of FRG-ERG, SMRG and TRG.
Laura’s project
seeks to develop a new generation of source-to-sink predictive models for
linked depositional systems spanning the continental, coastal, shallow-marine
and deep-marine realms. To achieve this aim Laura will be using and further
developing the FAKTS, SMAKS and DMAKS databases already developed at Leeds.
Laura is supervised by Dr. Luca Colombera, Dr Marco Patacci, Prof. Bill
McCaffrey and Prof. Nigel Mountney.
