Petrotechnical Data Systems (PDS) has commercially released its Ava Clastics analogue database and clastic sedimentology software, the first of a portfolio of geoscience software-as-a-service (SaaS) products developed by the company.

Data Systems (PDS) has commercially released its Ava Clastics analogue database
and clastic sedimentology software, the first of a portfolio of geoscience
software-as-a-service (SaaS) products developed by the company. Ava Clastics
incorporates the FAKTS database developed by FRG-ERG at Leeds through a NERC
Follow-on fund award. Announced at the AAPG Annual Conference and Exhibition in
Houston, the release is the first output from a collaboration between PDS and
the University of Leeds.
